2) We need the word for growth to take place. We need to read it for ourselves with the motivation of hearing from God and being activated in kingdom practice.

3) The gifts Jesus gives equips us to do the work of the ministry in a kingdom mindset and approach. Those gifts aren’t meant to do it for us.

4) When all this is working as it should and we are growing as a result the body increases as it edifies itself in love. The motivation for everything in a kingdom mindset and function is love.
